Now what happens when they deliver this mower on Monday? Where is this $3000 mower going to end up? They can't even find the company they hired to deliver it, so how are they gonna cancel it? no wait! My mower is 22 miles away!!! Let me borrow a truck and ill go get it! No sir, we have to cancel the order and refund you.īut WTF! I've waited over 30 days for the mower, I've opened 3 cases and made 100 phone calls for this mower, I'm invested at this point! "We have to cancel your order and refund due to lack of delivery". I called HD customer service to see if they had anything and now we are here. So they MIGHT be able to deliver on Monday. I've opened 3 cases with customer service and keep getting emails on "how well was your case handled?" Well I have no idea since no one told me anything! Still no mower.now we are 7 days past Delivery date.
They have no trucks, they don't have a forklift to load it on my trailer, they have no way of getting it off the dock, they won't let me rent a forklift to get it, they won't let me use my ramps to load it and they aren't sure if I can hire a tow truck to grab it off the dock.
Ughhh Ok.call this company for 4 days before anyone answers. In the meantime I called 2 landscapers that didn't show up and ended up dropping $500 on a Ryobi push mower to mow my acre of 3ft grass. No one can tell me where my mower is, HD customer service has no idea.I call the 3rd party shipper, 4 offices later I FINALLY find out a 4th party has my mower. I ordered a Ryobi riding mower last month.
